Klondyke Farm is a working fruit farm with cherries, pears and apples. It is situated at 1200 metres above sea level so summers are cooler than Ceres, and the winters are crisp.
Cherry time is last week November till end December. Do come and visit them and "pick-your-own" cherries on Klondyke Farm. Enjoy a really fun outing with the whole family. Several varieties are available, depending on the time of season.
You are welcome to spend the day here and picnic or braai in the shade of the pine trees.
There are a number of things to do on Klondyke Farm and surrounds. Cherry picking in season, short fynbos walks and mountain biking routes, bass fishing in the farm dam, trout fishing at Lakenvlei dam (5km away), 4x4 mountain trail, quad biking and hiking in neighbouring Matroosberg Nature Reserve.
