Rhino Park is situated off the (R515) Bapsfontein / Rayton road, +- 35km from Pretoria and 11km from Rayton. Rhino Park is the home of the McCarthy 4x4 Club.(The true home of the passionate 4x4' er). Refreshment and Restaurant facilities are available as well as a braai area with full ablution facilities.
It is indeed the perfect Getaway venue for the whole family as well as day visitors. McCarthy 4x4 Club trail at Rhino Park boasts a 3.5 rating, 12km route for day trips and obstacles, a challenge without navigation support and best time of the year is…..all year round.
McCarthy 4x4 Club trail is a guided trail for 4x4’s only. Trips can be arranged by appointment and must be done 5 days in advance. The guided trail departs from outside the McCarthy 4x4 Club House gate.
You must however report to the guide on duty at the Club House before departure with a completed indemnity form fully completed. The McCarthy 4x4 Club also offers, Basic 4x4 driver training, Team building events, Day outings, Breakaways as well as long trips to neighboring states. (This info is available on request).
The McCarthy 4x4 Club has its own lapa with ablution facilities that is ideal for corporate functions etc. The Club House is a proud part of the McCarthy 4x4 Club and we invite our members and any other passionate 4x4’er to join us in the activities at the Club House.
