Birthed out of a desire to improve the quality of life of impoverishes South Africans, Original T-bag designs offer a range of high quality, hand-made products which are creatively unique.
Original T-bag Designs boast exquisitely hand-made products, ranging from the original cards to notebooks, decoupaged boxes, candles, mirrors, coasters, placemats, wrapping paper and more. It seems in fact every month a new tea-bag treasure appears on their shelves.
An inviting workshop in Hout Bay doubles up as a gift shop, where passing tourists drop in for a cup of tea and watch a short DVD depicting T-bags journey from "garden-shed" to greatness. The overwhelming excitement from travelling guests has enabled T-bag Designs to export to America and England.
At their workshop they conduct tours to show the visitors what they are all about. The workshop is open 5 days a week 9h00 till 17h00 from Monday to Thursday and 9h00 to 16h30 Fridays.
They have outlets in Mainstream Shopping Centre (Hout Bay) and the Blue Shed at the Waterfront. Both are open 7 days a week.
