All this is sensitively integrated with an eighteen-hole championship golf course, with dramatic cliffside holes designed by renowned golf architect Peter Matkovich.
Pinnacle Point is designed around and incorporates three separate residential components - 120 golf lodges, 114 golf villas and 406 freehold erven. The 400 hectare area that makes up Pinnacle Point Beach & Golf Resort, is home to 264 varieties of proteanoid and limestone fynbos, as well as coastal milkwood thickets that are all ecologically and archaeologically sensitive. With this in mind, almost 300 hectares will remain undeveloped, with 120 hectares set aside for a nature reserve and nature trails, where various species of indigenous buck will be re-introduced to enhance the natural aspect of the area.
