Marita Lamprecht’s passion to work with chocolate was the drive to establish Rococo. She received intensive training in Belgium to become a chocolatier. She only uses the best ingredients and no preservatives which ensures that the final product arrives fresh from her chocolaterie. Rococo targets the hospitality industry but products are also available from Marita’s chocolaterie in Oudtshoorn.
