Seasons Eco Golf Estate is situated a mere 45 minutes from Johannesburg, Pretoria and Rustenburg on the Northern slopes of the Magaliesberg Mountains. The Old Brits Golf Club renaimed Seasons Eco Golf Estate was redesigned by Golf Architects Matcovich & Heyes on the 300 acre estate development.
In the re-design of the 18 hole golf course (the closest “bushveld” course to Johannesburg), architects Matkovitch and Hayes have given priority to upholding environmental standards so as not to compete with or compromise the natural areas. The design plan incorporates islands and pockets of wilderness zones on and around the course with buffer strips of indigenous vegetation between the stands and the fairways.
The par 72 golf course is well established. With the truly Bushveld atmosphere this parklands lay-out golf course will be a challenge to any competitive golfer.
The Halfway House adjacent to the Clubhouse serves breakfasts and light snacks and beverages throughout the day. The relaxed, welcoming atmosphere can be enjoyed by the whole family.
