For bird-lovers (birders), we have around the dam the african fish eagle and in season upto 125 different species. For Game Viewing, we can offer hartmann zebras, oryx (gemsbock), ostrich ,fallow deer and a colony of Rock Dassies.
For people who wants to go for fishing. We have a fishing lapa at the dam. Fishs in Bloemhoek Dam: carp, yellow fish, barbel, catfish, black bass. We can also provide accommodation.
