Walmer Country Club Golf Course is a standard 18-hole configuration course with fairways running predominantly in Westerly or Easterly directions.
The Front Nine is the most challenging. Hole 1, to the left of the Clubhouse, begins with a demanding Par 4, often into the teeth of prevailing south-westerly gales.
Hole 3 is a Par 3 over water and bunkers and the 4th is another challenging Par 4 with fairway and green bunkers.
Hole 6 is the first Par 5 with a dogleg to the right and bunkers around a prominent green.
Hole 10 is in front of the Clubhouse. Its a narrow Par 5 and doglegs northward to a bunkered green.
